Some clients wish to step away from the confines of Court proceedings and see if, with the help of an impartial mediator, an agreement can be brokered to avoid the cost and angst of going to Court. We have been invited to fulfil the role of impartial mediator in a number of cases which have gone on to successful resolution without the need for Court hearings.
