Alison Meek is a litigator specialising in contentious trust and estate work for both onshore and offshore clients. She acts for individuals as well as for professional trustee clients.

Alison is a founder member and Treasurer of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) and contributes frequently to specialist journals in her field. She is joint author of the influential ‘Practitioner’s Guide to Contentious Trusts and Estates’ and a contributor to ‘Finance and the Law for the Older Client’ and ‘Encyclopaedia of Forms and Precedents Vol 42(2)’, published by Butterworths Tolley.

Alison is recognised as a leading individual in her field in the Legal 500 2008. Alison is also recommended in the Chambers UK 2009 edition as a leader in the trusts and personal tax arena and is ranked as a leading individual in the international contentious private client category in the Chambers Global 2009 edition.
