Kathryn joined Harcus Sinclair in August 2009 after 10 years at Gordon Dadds. During her 29 years in practice, Kathryn has also been a partner at Taylor Joynson Garrett (formerly Joynson- Hicks) and Druces and Attlee.

Kathryn is a well known family law specialist and her work involves complex financial cases across multi-jurisdictions as well as those that focus on domestic law. She is active in the field of pre and post nuptial and pre-civil partnership agreements as well as all the issues that arise on the breakdown of any relationship whether involving marriage or not. Kathryn has worked extensively in cases involving children, including Schedule 1 financial applications.

For almost 17 years Kathryn has held a part-time judicial post, currently as a Recorder on the South-Eastern circuit sitting in family, civil and crime. She has been regularly recommended in all the leading directories.
