Keith Bruce-Smith is one of London’s senior private client trusts and tax lawyers. He is a former managing partner of Withers and has over 30 years’ experience in the area of trust and estate planning for wealthy UK and foreign families.

He is a professional trustee of numerous large UK family trusts and the protector of a number of substantial offshore trusts. He has broad experience of the issues involved in running major landed estates, and is known for creative and commercial solutions to their problems. Clients value his knowledge of tax law and innovative strategies for the devolution of family wealth.

He is one of the authors of Practical Trust Precedents and Practical Will Precedents and an original co-editor of International Trust Precedents. He is also a senior Reserve Officer in the British Army and, ex officio, is a trustee of high profile Armed Forces Charitable Trusts.
