Keith Bruce-Smith is one of London’s senior private client trust and tax lawyers.  He has over 30 years’ experience in the area of trust and estate planning for wealthy UK and foreign families.

He is a professional trustee of numerous large UK family trusts and a protector of a number of substantial offshore trusts.  Through these, he has wide involvement in transactions concerning property holdings, business interests and UK and offshore investment portfolios.  He has particular experience in advising landed estates on questions of estate strategy and the structuring of ownership.
