HENRY HICKMAN

Henry specialises in all aspects of trust and probate disputes.  He acts for beneficiaries, trustees and executors when conflict arises, including over the validity of wills (with particular interest in testamentary capacity issues) and acting for and against trustees.  He also has experience of group litigation, acting for claimants in professional negligence and trust claims against financial advisers.

Henry's practice includes Court of Protection matters such as applications for statutory wills, disputes regarding the appointments or actions of attorneys and other matters concerning people lacking capacity to manage their own affairs.

He handles the firm's Privy Council agency work, which is a growing part of the firm's practice.  He is a full member of ACTAPS (Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists).

Henry joined Harcus Sinclair in 2005 after completing his training contract at a leading London private client firm.
