Harcus Sinclair - Jon Beresford

Jon is a litigator who acts for private clients, often in relation to contentious aspects of their commercial affairs. His practice covers most aspects of contentious Chancery work: contentious trust and probate matters, shareholder disputes and fraud. He has also dealt with many Commercial Court cases on behalf of UK and offshore clients.

Jon also has considerable experience of trust and estate planning and private international law having also practised in these areas before deciding to specialise in litigation.

Jon is a member of The Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS).
