Jon Beresford is a litigator who specialises in contentious trust and probate matters. He advises individuals as well as professional trust companies in both onshore and offshore disputes. He has considerable experience in tax, estate planning and private international law matters, having previously also worked in these areas before deciding to specialise in litigation.

Jon is a member of The Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists. He joined Harcus Sinclair in 2005 after 7 years at Lawrence Graham.
