Tessa Bray specialises in family law and advises on all issues arising from relationship breakdown. She has considerable experience of high value ancillary relief claims, often including different jurisdictions and complex trust and pension issues.

Tessa has expertise in applications for financial relief following foreign divorces and has written two published articles on the subject, the most recent one having been published in May 2010, entitled "Agbaje - the Supreme Court Re-Opens the Door".

Tessa also advises on private law children disputes, including dealing with residence, contact and leave to remove a child from the jurisdiction. Other aspects of her work include drafting pre and post-nuptial agreements and dealing with disputes between cohabitees.

Tessa is a member of Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association). She joined Harcus Sinclair in 2004, having previously worked at RadcliffesLeBrasseur.
