About Elizabeth

During her time at Harcus Sinclair, Elizabeth has had the opportunity to work in all the practice areas of the firm. 

Latterly, whilst working in the private client team, Elizabeth has had considerable experience drafting testamentary documents and preparing and registering lasting powers of attorney. 

She has assisted with both UK and foreign domiciled clients, advising them on relevant aspects of wealth and succession planning and management, including the creation, organisation and administration of domestic and offshore trust structures.

Career

Elizabeth joined Harcus Sinclair in 2013 as a paralegal in the litigation team, having previously worked at a boutique family law firm.

She began her training contract in February 2014 and completed seats in both the family department and on secondment to a West End specialist property firm. Elizabeth completed her final seat as a trainee solicitor and second consecutive seat in the private client department in February 2016 and has joined the department as a qualified solicitor.

Professional memberships

Elizabeth is a student member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), and is currently working towards the STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates.
