Katrina is a solicitor specialising in private client law, including the provision of advice to UK and international clients on the establishment and management of trusts, and putting in place tax efficient solutions for the devolution of wealth.
She has particular experience in the preparation of testamentary documentation and drafting trust instruments, and deals with individuals and professionals in a range of jurisdictions.
Katrina trained at Harcus Sinclair and qualified as a solicitor in early 2016.
Katrina graduated from the University of Exeter in 2007 with a BA Hons degree in German before undertaking the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law.
More recently, she has completed the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) Diploma in Trusts and Estates.
Katrina is a member of STEP, and a Trust and Estate Practitioner.
