Katrina is a solicitor specialising in private client law, including the provision of advice to UK and international clients on the establishment and management of trusts, and putting in place tax efficient solutions for the devolution of wealth.
She has particular experience in the preparation of testamentary documentation and drafting trust instruments, and deals with individuals and professionals in a range of jurisdictions.
Katrina undertook her training contract at Harcus Sinclair, completing seats in the firm's litigation and private client teams in addition to a secondment to a West End specialist property firm. She qualified as a solicitor in February 2016.
Katrina graduated from the University of Exeter in 2007 with a BA Hons degree in German.
Between 2011 and 2013, she obtained the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course, with distinction, from the College of Law.
Katrina is currently working towards the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) Diploma in Trusts and Estates – England and Wales. She has already completed the Advanced Certificate in the Administration of Trusts and the Advanced Certificate in the Administration of Estates, in which she achieved a distinction.
Katrina is a student member of STEP.
