Unfortunately, the administration of an estate can give rise to issues which lead to conflict between executors and beneficiaries.

In extreme situations beneficiaries may wish to remove executors from office, or simply question their fees or administrative decisions. From the other side, executors can be put under unjustified pressure by unreasonable beneficiaries. We can help either in the many disputes that can arise.
