Jennifer specialises in commercial and financial services litigation. She is responsible for a team of litigation paralegals and is involved in project managing the litigation department's group litigation claims.
Jennifer also assists partner Henry Hickman with the firm's Privy Council agency work. In the summer of 2015, Jennifer assisted Henry when he represented Barry Beavis (on a pro bono basis) in the widely publicised Supreme Court case concerning the law of penalties in the context of consumer contracts, Beavis v ParkingEye Ltd.
Jennifer joined Harcus Sinclair as a paralegal in September 2014. Prior to joining the firm Jennifer worked as an adjudicator at the Financial Ombudsman Service.
