A recognized market leader in this area, Damon has extensive experience representing claimants in large group actions in financial services litigation with a particular focus on shareholder disputes and investment loss claims.

Alison is a litigator in the firm’s contentious trusts and estates team. She has extensive international and domestic experience acting for professional trustees and trust companies, executors and beneficiaries. She also has considerable experience in probate disputes involving testamentary capacity issues and substantial 1975 Act claims. Alison is a trained and accredited mediator with ADR Chambers, a founder member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists and is widely acknowledged as one of the leading practitioners and commentators in her sector.
