Harcus Sinclair has maintained its ranking as a Leading Firm in the recently published 2018-19 guide. 11 of the firm’s solicitors are recommended in the guide, four of whom are also identified as Leading Individuals in their respective fields.

Contentious Trusts and Probate

Both Damon Parker and the “fantastic” Alison Meek (who also feature in The Legal 500’s ‘Hall of Fame’) have been ranked as Leading Individuals again in this area.

Jon Beresford is highlighted as being one of the team’s “key figures”. Henry Hickman, who is also a litigation partner, is said to have “particular experience advising trustees in the context of divorce proceedings and for beneficiaries in their interests under trusts when there is a dispute”.
